Prior to joining ELG, Regina worked in East Avenue Medical Center as a Physical Therapist in the pediatric department. In one year, she trained at ten different hospitals, five of which specialized in helping children with mild to severe developmental disabilities. She has worked intensively with children who have neurodevelopmental disorders, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy and autism spectrum disorder.  Her therapy is goal-oriented, and centers on a neuromuscular approach that uses the strengths of the child to improve their struggles.

Regina has been a part of the ELG family for nine years, and has tirelessly supported children and families in our community throughout this period. She recognizes each child’s potential, and believes that with hard work, patience, and dedication, every child can learn and reach their ultimate function. Regina believes the key element of therapy is open communication with parents and continuous follow up at home, and at school. Through working in partnership, Regina will continue to make a true difference in the lives of the children she works with.
