Advisor, Special Educator
Cass joined ELG in early 2007 first as the leader of an early intervention program, next as program director, and finally as a staff trainer and community consultant. Cass has nearly 40 years of experience teaching students from age birth through 21 years with a wide variety of special needs. She has worked as a special education resource teacher for students with developmental delays, learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder and behavioral issues. She has also worked for 15 years as an early childhood special education teacher in the classroom and as an itinerant, consulting teacher helping to mainstream children.
