Fluent in English and Mandarin, Blair originally joined ELG in 2014 as a program facilitator before being promoted to program leader. While working in the full-time programs, she became interested and skilled in providing behavior interventions for children with special needs. She has since acquired a Chinese National Applied Behavior Analyst (CNABA) license, and is currently working on becoming a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
Blair believes that parents and caregivers play an important role in helping their children achieve the best outcomes for success. She also wants families to feel supported, keeping them informed about their children’s progress. Blair is very interested in human behavior and behavior modification, especially as it relates to autism spectrum disorders. She feels fortunate to have this leadership role and enjoys working closely with her colleagues in the program team.
