Blair is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and Chinese National Applied Behavior Analyst (CNABA). She earned a bachelor’s degree and a teaching certificate from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. Prior to joining ELG, she taught junior school English at a local public school.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, Blair originally joined ELG in 2014 as a program facilitator before being promoted to program leader. While working in ELG’s programs, she became interested and skilled in providing behavior interventions for children with special needs. This inspired her to pursue her additional certificates as a BCaBA and CNABA, giving her the academic, evidence-based training to apply in her daily work with children.

As a program leader, Blair coordinates between parents, therapists, and program staff to prepare individualized education plans (IEPs) for each child in the programs she oversees. She ensures that interdisciplinary interventions are put in place that help children achieve their goals

Blair believes that parents and caregivers play an important role in helping their children achieve the best outcomes for success. She wants to help families feel supported, keeping them informed about their children’s progress. Blair is very interested in human behavior and behavior modification, especially as it relates to autism spectrum disorder. She feels fortunate to have this leadership role and enjoys working closely with her colleagues in the program team.
