Blair is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and Chinese National Applied Behavior Analyst (CNABA). She earned a bachelor’s degree and a teaching certificate from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. Prior to joining ELG, she taught junior school English at a local public school.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, Blair originally joined ELG in 2014 as a program facilitator. After working for 2 years, she was promoted to be the Program Leader. While working in ELG’s programs, she became interested and skilled in providing behavior interventions for children with special needs. This inspired her to pursue her additional certificates as a BCaBA and CNABA, giving her the academic, evidence-based training to apply in her daily work with children. From July 2020, she started to pursue more of her potentials, and she got promoted as Assistant Director, Programs.

As an Assistant Programs Director, Blair coordinates among programs, marketing, HOF and CS to ensure effective teamwork. Meanwhile, she also holds the responsibility of reviewing IDPS for Chinese Program children and dealing with parents related communications.

Blair believes that parents and caregivers play an important role in helping their children achieve the best outcomes for success. She wants to help families feel supported, keeping them informed about their children’s progress. Blair is very interested in human behavior and behavior modification, especially as it relates to autism spectrum disorder. She feels fortunate to have this leadership role and enjoys working closely with her colleagues in the program team.
