Danni is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience in providing behavioral services to children with autism and a range of special needs, in both schools, clinics and communities.

Prior to joining ELG, Danni worked as a college lecturer at a university in Shanghai for seven years. She later moved to the US to pursue a degree in behavior analysis. While pursuing her degree, Danni became actively involved in the activities of children with special needs, which led to her further specialize in special education. She has conducted evidence-based behavior intervention research, and her work has been published in international behavioral intervention journals. Danni has also been invited to present her studies at international conferences.

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at ELG, Danni provides a variety of evidence-based behavior analysis services for children. She conducts individualized assessments, collects and analyzes data, and develops the most appropriate behavior plans based on each child’s needs. She collaborates closely with care providers, schoolteachers and families to implement these evidence-based intervention strategies to improve the behaviors of children.

Being a strong parent advocate, Danni understands the heart of the families she works with and cares for each child as her own. She is firmly dedicated to motivating children to achieve their best. For Danni, seeing her clients make progress every day is her best reward.
