Ranjini Narayan earned a M.A. in teaching with a concentration in special education from The College of New Jersey. She went on to complete a post master’s certificate in supervision.

Prior to joining ELG, Ranjini worked for 12 years as a teacher in the US. She has extensive experience working with children with a variety of special needs, including mild to severe disabilities, and developmental and autism spectrum disorders. Ranjini also lived in Kuwait, where she worked in a classroom with diverse learning needs.

As a program leader at ELG, Ranjini inspires program staff to use effective and engaging approaches in their daily work, and in their interactions with children and families. She provides strong support throughout all aspects of the program at ELG, from supporting the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for children, to sharing information with families about their child’s progress. Ranjini’s caring and dedicated nature is central to her commitment; ensuring all learners reach their fullest potential at ELG.
