Reyhaneh is a Speech Language Pathologist with experience in adolescent social-emotional communication disorders, executive functioning, and bilingual therapy. Reyhaneh holds a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Washington in Seattle. Prior to joining ELG, Reyhaneh gained experience at an interdisciplinary child development clinic and in the acute care division of a geriatric hospital in Seattle. She is the Chair of The American Speech and Hearing Association’s Ad Hoc Committee on the Next Generation, focusing on identifying the changing trends of the professions and developing ways to support next-generation professionals.
Reyhaneh values the roles that language and culture play in the development of a person’s character and identity. She therefore focuses on using evidence-based practices to develop unique treatment and assessment plans that meet an individual’s personal, linguistic, and cultural needs and preferences. She has a holistic, family-focused approach to clinical work and finds it rewarding to work with families from diverse language and cultural backgrounds.
Reyhaneh is passionate about supporting children throughout their lifespan and helping to increase their participation in society.
