Hongsian has extensive experience working with children with complex needs, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, global developmental delay, and cerebral palsy. He uses a holistic approach to plan customized interventions for each child and monitor their developmental progress. Hongsian previously worked at Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore and the Loh Guan Lye Specialists Centre in Penang, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Hongsian is passionate about supporting children to grow into functional, independent adults who are integrated into the community. He strives to be a light that brightens children’s futures, supporting them to live life to the fullest.
